Stockholm 5 North is our latest large-scale data center, purpose-built for high-density and next-generation IT deployments. As part of our Northern Campus, it contributes to a combined 46 MW power feed and 10,500 m², delivering the scale required for AI and performance-intensive workloads.
Stockholm 5 North provides a 40 MW power feed with 28 MW dedicated IT load. The facility is designed specifically for high-density air- and liquid-cooled environments and is prepared to support NVIDIA’s current Blackwell architecture as well as future releases such as Rubin and Rubin Ultra. Powered by 100% renewable electricity through Vattenfall 24/7 matching and integrated with district heating heat reuse, it combines performance with long-term sustainability.

Stockholm 4 South has been designed to meet the evolving needs of high-performance and AI-driven computing. Every element – from electrical and cooling systems to physical access – has been developed to deliver efficiency, flexibility and scalability. The data center supports high-density deployments and liquid cooling technologies, making it ideal for AI and GPU-based workloads. It is capable of handling over 100 kW per rack, using either in-row or in-rack CDUs, depending on the optimal design and hardware configuration.
On-site amenities include customer parking, a dedicated lounge, conference rooms and comfortable workspace areas. The logistics zone offers a secured cargo entrance with man-trap access, staging areas for equipment preparation and optional personal or dedicated storage spaces, all designed to simplify operations for on-site teams.
Stockholm 4 South provides a full range of colocation options, from shared rack installations and caged environments to fully tailored suites or dedicated computer rooms. For customers requiring AI-ready or high-density capacity, the facility offers liquid cooling solutions such as direct-to-chip, supporting more than 100 kW per rack depending on configuration and hardware needs.
Stockholm 4 South is protected by 24/7/365 on-site security and advanced perimeter systems, including 4-meter fencing, motion sensors, and CCTV monitoring. Data rooms are built to Protection Class 3 standards, and cages can be delivered with the same level of security (Ferrapods). Access control uses multi-factor authentication with personal tags, PIN codes, biometric identification and man-traps for full entry control.
Sustainability is built into every part of Stockholm 4 South. The facility operates on 100 % renewable energy through Vattenfall’s 24/7 matched electricity and achieves a PUE around 1.15. Excess heat is recovered and distributed to Stockholm Exergi’s district heating network, turning data center operations into a valuable energy resource for the local community.
The site also features a dedicated environmental zone for recycling and reuse, and is certified according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Conapto is proud to be part of both the Stockholm City Climate Pact and the European Climate Neutral Data Center Pact, and has received GoClimate’s CO₂ Transparency label, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable digital infrastructure.
With multiple carriers and diverse fiber routes, Stockholm 4 South offers robust and resilient connectivity. Dedicated meet-me rooms enable interconnection between operators and customers, while redundant IP multihoming ensures network stability. The facility is directly linked to other Conapto data centers through site-to-site connections, and our CloudConnect service provides private, high-performance access to a number of public cloud platforms.
