Stockholm 3 North is a proven colocation facility tailored for customers who need anything from single racks to fully enclosed suites or private server rooms. It offers 6 MW of power across five separate computer rooms, all supplied with 100 % renewable electricity via Vattenfall’s 24/7 matching. Excess heat is recycled to the district heating network of Sollentuna Energi & Miljö, and computer rooms are in shell protection class 3.

Stockholm 3 North consists of five computer rooms, each built as a separate EI-60 fire cell to ensure safety and containment. The facility provides convenient customer parking, a lounge area with coffee, a large conference room and additional workspaces spread across smaller rooms. Logistics are simplified with a rear cargo intake featuring a man-trap, dedicated staging areas and optional storage cabinets or private storage rooms available to customers.
Stockholm 3 North can accommodate a broad range of colocation needs, from shared rack setups and caged environments to dedicated computer rooms or full suites. The facility supports high-density workloads and liquid cooling technologies, designed according to each customer’s hardware and design requirements.
The site is secured with 4-meter fences, camera surveillance and motion detectors. All computer rooms are either protection class 2 or protection class 3, so customers can choose the level of physical security that matches their needs. Standard cages or protection class 3 cages (Ferrapods) are available. Access is controlled by an access list, personal tag, PIN code, biometrics and entry through a man-trap staffed by security personnel.
Stockholm 3 North operates as a climate-responsible data center, with a PUE in the range of 1.15-1.25 depending on the room. The facility uses 100 % renewable electricity via Vattenfall 24/7 matching, recovers waste heat to Sollentuna’s district heating network, and includes dedicated environmental space for recycling and reuse. Conapto is certified under ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, is a member of both the Stockholm City Climate Pact and the European Climate Neutral Data Center Pact, and has been awarded GoClimate’s CO₂ Transparency label.
Connectivity at Stockholm 3 North is designed for resilience and performance. There are diversified fiber paths from two operators, dedicated meet-me rooms for operator access, redundant IP multihoming and site-to-site links to Conapto’s other facilities. CloudConnect is integrated for high-performance private connections to major public cloud service providers.
