Today Conapto had the honor of ringing the opening bell at Nasdaq Stockholm. The ceremony was held to celebrate our successful SEK 500 million senior secured bond issuance earlier this summer – a key milestone that enables us to accelerate the expansion of our AI-ready, sustainable data centers in Sweden. As part of the celebration, we were proud and delighted to see the Conapto brand light up Times Square in New York, a powerful symbol of our journey and growth.

The bell-ringing tradition highlights companies and organizations that are driving innovation and growth. For Conapto, standing on the Nasdaq stage reflects both strong investor confidence in our strategy and our commitment to building a digital future powered by renewable energy, efficient design and large-scale heat reuse.

The bond issue received strong interest from leading institutional investors, underlining market trust in Conapto’s scalable colocation offering. This financing enables us to continue developing high-density, liquid-cooled environments tailored to the rapid growth in AI and digital transformation. It also supports our sustainability mission, including expanded heat reuse into Stockholm’s 4,000 km district heating network. All four of our data centers in the region are already powered by 100% renewable energy and connected to Stockholm’s district heating.

With newly added capacity in Stockholm, including our newest data center Stockholm 4 South, Conapto is well positioned to meet the increasing demand from enterprises and hyperscalers deploying advanced AI and HPC workloads.
